Air Intake Panel Filters
Flat Panel Filters for Compressors, Turbines, and Blowers
Air intake panel filters are designed to remove solid particulates and other contaminants from atmospheric air entering compressors, blowers, and gas turbines. Constructed with rigid electro-galvanized steel frames and polyester felt media, these panels provide clean air with minimal initial pressure loss of approximately 0.57" W.C. First stage panels are typically cleanable and extend the life of more efficient second stage filter panels in multi-stage systems.
- Standard sizes from 18" x 18" x 2" up to 24" x 24" x 12"
- Capacities up to 2,500 SCFM and higher
- Micron retention from 20 to 0.4 micron at up to 99.97% efficiency
- Rigid electro-galvanized steel frame construction
- Media options: polyester felt, cellulose, synthetic, fiberglass
- Built to match OEM dimensions and specifications
