Product Overview

When you need diesel conditioning to come to the fuel rather than the other way around, FCLCOD is the answer. The hand-truck-style cart rolls between standby tanks, marine bunkers, and remote reservoirs with a self-contained pump-motor combination, two-stage filtration, and a retractable 35' cord reel. Same 50 ppm water removal as the stationary COD skid; same DFE-rated G8 Dualglass particulate media; just on wheels.

5 gpm. Smallest tanks, marine day tanks, and slower polishing on cleaner fuel.

FCLCOD10

10 gpm. Most-popular size for backup generators and mid-volume standby reservoirs.

FCLCOD20

20 gpm. Larger tanks, faster turnover, and bulk fuel transfer applications.

Two-Stage Filtration

Pre-Filter (HP110NL11-3MV)

DFE-rated G8 Dualglass particulate filter removes rust, scale, and debris before fuel enters the coalesce element. Protects the more expensive downstream element and extends service life.

Coalesce + Separator (HP538L38-CSV)

Single combination element pairs 100% synthetic coalesce media with a TEFLON-coated separator screen. Merges fine water droplets, drops them to the sump, and polishes to the 50 ppm spec in one pass.
