Donaldson Hy-Pro high-flow, high-viscosity duplex filter assemblies for bulk oil handling, paper machines, and large gearbox lubrication. Two LF housings combined with a 6-way transfer valve enable continuous filtration through every element change.

Product Overview

DLF and DLFM duplex filter assemblies handle the highest flows and viscosities in the Hy-Pro lineup. With a turn of the lever, a fresh element comes online while the used element valves out of service, all without stopping flow. Multi-element DLFM vessels go further still, holding from 3 up to 38 oversized coreless elements per vessel for the largest pulp and paper, rolling mill, and bulk oil applications.

DFE-rated coreless elements with positive O-ring seals
HP106/HP107 elements include integral bypass for fail-safe operation
Carbon steel construction standard, 304 or 316 stainless optional
Marine-grade epoxy finish on non-stainless assemblies

DLF vs DLFM

DLF

Single-element duplex. Up to 300 gpm with parallel-mount LF doubles. Right-sized for mid-volume hydraulic, lubrication, fuel, and rolling mill systems.

DLFM

Multi-element duplex. 3 to 38 elements per vessel for flow rates up to 4,500 gpm. Built for high-viscosity bulk oil handling, large gearbox filtration, and high-flow return lines.
