Product Overview

When you already have pump flow and pressure on your fuel line, you don't need another pump and another motor. The CSD uses your existing system pressure to drive a two-stage coalesce-and-separator process that delivers diesel below 50 ppm water in one pass. Pair it with an LF particulate housing on the same line and you achieve 15/13/10 ISO Code cleanliness, the standard required to protect modern high-pressure injectors.

Two-Stage Filtration

Coalesce

100% synthetic pleated media merges fine emulsified water droplets into larger drops that fall to the sump for auto drain. The element responsible for the 50 ppm water spec.

Separator / Polish

TEFLON-coated screen acts as a final water barrier. Anything the coalesce stage missed gets stopped here before fuel reaches your high-pressure injectors.
