Oil Mist and Aerosol Separation Filters

Mist eliminators and coalescing filters are cylindrical cartridge filters designed to remove oil mist, moisture, and vapor from compressed air and gas streams. Using a two-stage coalescing process, these filters gather minute liquid droplets into larger droplets that drain by gravity while also removing solid particles, dust, and dirt from the air stream. The element becomes more efficient as it saturates with liquid, providing long service life with typical pressure drops of less than 1 psig.

Removes oil aerosols down to 0.01 ppm with 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 micron
100% removal of particles 3 micron and larger
Graded porosity media with high efficiency inner layers and coarser outer drainage layers
Molded plastisol end seals for positive leak-tight fit
Flow rates up to 1500 SCFM standard, higher capacities available
Average element life of 10 years in continuous service
