Brush materials available: carbon steel as standard, stainless steel for corrosive service, and prostran for coated or plastic pipe

Available as individual brush replacements or complete assembly kits including backing plate, brush guide, springs, nuts, and bolts

Built In House, Available for Any Pig

Most pig manufacturers outsource their brush components. Pigs Unlimited is unique in manufacturing all replacement brushes in house at their Tomball, TX facility. That means faster turnaround, consistent quality, and the ability to build custom brush configurations, including non standard wire gauges, special diameters, and prostran material for coated lines, that third party suppliers cannot match. If you have brush pigs from another manufacturer, Pigs Unlimited can build compatible replacement brushes to spec.
