Heavy Duty Cylindrical Air Intake Filters

Metal end cap filters are cylindrical cartridge filters designed for use in harsh environments. Manufactured from heavy duty materials, these filters can withstand high temperature environments when made with special potting compounds. Standard construction consists of an expanded or perforated metal inner core made from carbon or stainless steel, encircled by self-supporting paper media or pleated textile media with urethane potted metal end caps.

Inner core: expanded or perforated carbon steel or stainless steel
Media options: cellulose paper, synthetic, fiberglass, pleated textile
Outer support: expanded metal cage for paper media, epoxy coated steel screen for textile
End caps: metal with urethane potting compound
High temperature potting compounds available for extreme environments
