Features & Benefits

A self-contained ESP mist collector compact enough to bolt directly onto a CNC machining center — no floor space, no ductwork, no separate mounting infrastructure. The Mist-Stop coalescing prefilter, ESP collection cell, and integrated blower are packaged into a single all-in-one cabinet that you simply install on the machine and connect to power. Captures mists, fumes, and smoke from oil and water-based coolants and recirculates clean air back into the plant.

Airflow Orientations

Choose the orientation that matches your machine layout and exhaust requirements. The same MSH cabinet ships in two configurations — same internals, different airflow path.

MSH-XX-H

Horizontal airflow, left-to-right. Inlet collar options 6, 8, 10, or 12 inches for ducted source-capture from across the machine.

MSH-XX-V

Vertical upward airflow. Direct-mount on top of the machine — mist rises into the unit, clean air exhausts above.
