Available Models

SCFP — Solid-Cup Foam Pig	Open cell polyurethane foam body with two high grade polyurethane scraper cups embedded in the pig. Ideal for hydrostatic testing, routine batching, buildup removal, and product displacement. Available in medium (5-7 lbs/ft³) and heavy (8-10 lbs/ft³) density foam.
SCFP-W — Solid-Cup Foam Pig with Brushes	Combines the foam body and embedded polyurethane scraper cups of the SCFP with carbon steel wire brushes for simultaneous cleaning action. Designed for all types of cleaning operations and capable of making long cleaning runs. Available in medium and heavy density foam.
Custom Special Design Pigs	Purpose built foam pigs engineered to your specific pipeline, application, and performance requirements. Configurations, materials, density, length, diameter, and abrasive elements can all be specified to solve unique pigging challenges.
