High Efficiency Oil Mist and Aerosol Removal Systems

Mist eliminator housings are large capacity coalescing filter systems designed to remove oil aerosols, water droplets, and fine particulates from compressed air with extremely low pressure drop. Featuring oversized ASME code stamped vessels and deep bed filter elements, these units achieve 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 micron while maintaining pressure drops as low as 0.5 PSI. The thick bed of borosilicate glass fiber facilitates continuous self-cleaning drainage, providing element service life of 10+ years. Ideal protection downstream of oil flooded rotary and piston compressors.
