FSLCOD Compact Stationary Conditioning System

Product Overview

When the install location won't allow a full COD skid and the application doesn't justify a mobile FCLCOD cart, FSLCOD is the answer. Same Hy-Pro two-stage filtration. Same 50 ppm water removal spec. Same DFE-rated G8 Dualglass particulate media. Just shrunk to 1 sq ft of floor space and 34 inches tall, mounted on a fixed frame for permanent installation.

Choose the Right Flow Rate

FSLCOD5

5 gpm. Smaller marine day tanks and dedicated polish loops on cleaner fuel.

FSLCOD10

10 gpm. Most-popular size for engine-room polishing on commercial vessels and standby diesel reservoirs.

FSLCOD20

20 gpm. Larger tanks and faster turnover. Uses a 36-inch vessel for the upgraded coalesce element.

Two-Stage Filtration

Pre-Filter (HP60L13-3MV)

DFE-rated G8 Dualglass particulate filter removes rust, scale, and debris before fuel enters the coalesce element. Protects the more expensive downstream element and extends service life.

Coalesce + Separator (HP538L18 / L38-CSV)

Single combination element pairs 100% synthetic coalesce media with a TEFLON-coated separator screen. Merges fine water droplets, drops them to the sump, and polishes to the 50 ppm spec in one pass.
