Donaldson Hy-Pro powered diesel conditioning skids that remove particulate and water in a single pass. Three-stage filtration sized from 5 gpm to 600 gpm protects high-pressure injectors, extends fuel filter life, and keeps fuel within the 18/16/13 ISO Code limit required by engine manufacturers.

Product Overview

High-pressure diesel injectors fail fast on water and particulate. The COD removes both in one pass before fuel ever reaches your fleet, generators, or turbines. Smart relay and auto water drain make it a 24/7 unattended in-line barrier; the optional PLC touchscreen adds custom programming, scheduled tank purification, and ISO Code data logging.

Three-Stage Filtration

Pre-Filter

G8 Dualglass particulate filtration to remove rust, scale, and debris before the coalesce stage. Protects downstream elements and extends service intervals.

Coalesce

100% synthetic fiber media merges fine water droplets into larger drops that fall to the sump for auto drain. The element responsible for the 50 ppm water spec.

Separator / Polish

TEFLON-coated screen acts as a final water barrier and polishing stage. Delivers fuel that meets or beats engine OEM cleanliness specs at the outlet.
