About Process Pigging

Process pigs are used in closed loop pigging systems where product lines must be cleared between batches with minimal waste and zero cross contamination. The unique designs of Pigs Unlimited's process pig line minimize bypass flow, ensuring maximum product recovery and separation efficiency in sensitive process applications.

Available Models

ARG	Cup and disc combination process pig with a short overall length, designed primarily for use with pigging valves. Excellent sealing in compact process pigging station configurations.
PDP	Features twelve sealing discs, more than any other process pig on the market, for maximum sealing capability, minimal bypass, and superior product displacement. Equipped with a unique nose for easy removal from process pigging stations. Capable of 1.5 diameter bends and spanning full branch tees.
SWP	Industry proven eight disc solid cast process pig constructed of high grade abrasion and chemical resistant polyurethane. Capable of spanning full branch tees and negotiating tight radius bends as low as 1.5 diameter. Available in polyurethane, neoprene, viton, and EPDM.
SWPF	Enhanced version of the SWP with a design that further reduces bypass and increases product displacement. Capable of spanning full branch tees and negotiating 1.5 diameter bends. Ideal for applications requiring maximum product recovery.
VPR	Variation of the proven SWP design with four thickened discs replacing the original eight, reducing frictional drag while maintaining exceptional sealing capabilities. Available in polyurethane, neoprene, viton, and EPDM.
