Our Installation Process

Filtech utilizes a 1/4 inch access port that is expertly installed in ceiling HEPA FFUs. These ports are equipped with hoses attached to the roomside port, allowing for a seamless connection to our aerosol generator. The installation process is carried out with precision, ensuring a secure and airtight fit.

How It Works

Once the leak test ports are in place, our technicians can easily attach our aerosol generator hose. This enables us to inject 0.3-micron smoke particles into the FFUs from inside the cleanroom. By doing so, we can efficiently scan the downstream side of the HEPA filters, pinpointing any potential leaks or defects with accuracy.
